Once you have reached the square of the church, you will meet Albert Bitzius, known under his pen name of Jeremias Gotthelf. He is facing the parsonage in which he was born (later on you will come back to this house). Continue to the rusty coloured wall, go along the 12 headstones, then climb the 48 wooden steps and you will find a panorama view!

Instructions: Admire the beautiful view and then direct yourself towards Schimmelturm (prison tower) and the Hexenturm (witches tower). As soon as you can see the tower clock of the town hall – 90 degrees starboard – find a safe and sheltered spot and find the original clock.
