Have you found the battlefield? Just opposite the elevator of the City-Parking. You find yourself in the Lindensaal, an airy and shady alley of lime or Lindentrees, from where you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view facing the lake and Mt. Vully. Approach the panorama panel.
